SCOPE
To face our constant growth, we are currently actively looking for a Cell Culture Technician
You will work on innovative (bio)pharmaceutical products under development (preclinical
and clinical phases).
You will be part of a team involved in project outsourced by our clients
Those projects are related to the development, validation and/or application of analytical
methods based on a protocol for the characterisation and quality control of (bio)molecules.
YOUR MISSION
You will report tothe Technical Leader
As a Cell culture technician you will be mainly supporting the Cell-based assays team and
you will have the primary responsibility for all aspects of cell culture maintenance, including
- Media preparation
- Culture initiation, propagation, and cryopreservation
- Counting and microscopy observation
You will also be accountable for ensuring routine analysis such as Elisa tests and cell-based
assays
PROFILE
Bachelor degree
Required
- Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience of amplification of cell lines.
- Rigorous and Meticulous
- Proficiency in French
Pluses
- First experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and GMP quality norms
- Knowledge of
- Assays by microplate spectrophotometer (ELISA)
- Cell-based assays (microscopy, UV/plate, fluorescence)
- Knowledge of English

Immunoassays GLP
You will work on innovative biopharmaceutical products under development (preclinical
and clinical phases).
You will be part of a team involved in projects outsourced by our clients
Those projects are related to the development, validation and/or application of bio-analytical
methods for the study of large molecules in biological matrices by Ligand-Binding and Cell-Based
Assays in the frame of preclinical and clinical Pharmacokinetic and Immunogenicity studies.
YOUR MISSION
In this role, after a training period you will be accountable for:
- Taking part in the writing/preparation of protocols
- Support audits and investigations
- Validation of raw data
- Performing laboratory activities related to method development, validation and
transfer depending on the client project
- Perform analyses
- Process data
- Write reports and associated supporting documents
- Present/discuss results
- Training team members and others on technical skills
- Bring scientific expertise and develop team spirit and collaboration in the method
development and the setting-up of new analytical platforms.
PROFILE
PhD / Master / Engineer, specialisation Biology or Biochemistry.
Required
- Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Elisa and cell-based assays
- Very good communication skills both in French and English (writing scientific
documents, reports, protocols and mails, phone conferences, contacts with clients)
- A previous practical experience in one or more of these areas: development validation,
application of Ligand Binding and/or Cell-based Assays.
- Good team player
- Very good organization skills and ability to manage priorities

YOUR MISSION

You will be reporting to the Technical Leader Bioassay
- You will be part of a team of 5 people
In this role you will be
- Performing daily laboratory activities related to method development, validation and
application depending on the client project
- Performing analyses
- Processing data
- Writing reports and associated supporting documents
- Presenting/discussing results
- Validating raw data
- Validating experimental results and ensuring protocols are respected
- Applying methods for QC and stability studies
- Communicating with clients
- Training team members and others on technical skills if needed
PROFILE
Master / Engineer / PhD
Required
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of cell lines amplification
- Strong knowledge of Cell-based assays and relevant practical experience with one of the
following tests
- Cytotoxicity testing (Antibody-Dependent Cell-Mediated Cytotoxicity
(ADCC), and Complement Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC)
- Reporter gene assays
- Cell death,
- Proliferation
- Working experience in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of the biological medicinal products (mAbs, ADCs, proteins, recombinant
peptides) and regulations associated (EMA and FDA)
- Experience in development, validation and application of analytical methods
- Very good writing and verbal skills both in French and English (writing scientific
documents, reports, protocols and mails)
Pluses
- Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a GMP environment
- Good Knowledge and practical experience of SPR (Biacore) is an asset
- Knowledge and practical experience of FACS and ELISA
- Knowledge and practical experience of MSD (electrochemiluminescence)
